Special topic of this year's seminar was "Private Justice in Service of Public Goals? Outsourcing of Judicial Tasks and Functions – Blessing or Betrayal". The aim of the seminar is to examine how the domestic and comparative law adresses the issue of privatisation and outsourcing of the judicial tasks and all potential pros and cons of such concept.
